PART 2: This week I had the pleasure of following up with Tech Director, Dafna Rosenblum.
Dafna is extremely passionate about diversity, inclusion and positively impacting the community. She is the founder of Baot & Extend, one of the largest communities in the world of experienced Software Engineers and Data Scientists that are women. Established only 5 years ago, they now have over 3500 members, a meet-up every week on average, 15 programs with 40 program managers and over 300 volunteers.
